Our story
Hello! I’m LeAsia the founder of Little Sprouts Montessori in- home learning environment. As a Montessori-certified practitioner AMI certified. I believe that children thrive in environments that honor their natural curiosity and desire for independence. My journey in education is fueled by a passion for creating a 'prepared environment' where every child feels seen, known, and inspired.
Having served families in Decatur, & many surrounding areas for 10+ years, I am dedicated to providing a safe, calm, and joyful space that serves as an extension of your home. We are committed to fostering a love for learning that lasts a lifetime, preparing children not just for school, but for life itself.
Our commitment
Little Sprouts Montessori School is an in-home, licensed daycare program dedicated to providing a high-quality, authentic Montessori experience. The program is structured to support a small, intimate group size of 4 to 6 children, ensuring personalized attention for every student.
The core of the commitment involves maintaining a specialized, educational environment, which you are currently enhancing by exploring the integration of enriched activities like music and language programming into your curriculum. Operationally, the daycare is built on a foundation of professional, efficient management—utilizing tools like Brightwheel, to ensure seamless communication and organization for families.
Our philosophy
At Little Sprouts Montessori School, we embrace Dr. Maria Montessori's philosophy, focusing on the holistic development of each child. Our approach encourages self-directed activity, hands-on learning, and collaborative play.

I love love love Little Sprouts ! It’s been the best thing for my baby girl, she’s growing to be very independent and forward thinking. She’s achieved all major milestones early including getting off the bottle, speaking full sentences, counting and potty training she just turned 2. I highly recommend. LeAsia makes every child feel like her own and they all love her. Thank you little sprouts ! 🌱
